Hamilton County Courthouse Maintenance Department
The County Maintenance Department develops work schedules, directs, implements and inspects daily work routine of custodial services and courthouse property maintenance and upkeep.
They are responsible for the maintenance of inventory of custodial supplies, and keeps and prepares other records and reports as directed.
The Maintenance Department assists in planning procedures and work methods and advises or recommends revision for the purpose of improving the efficiency of operations and services.
They perform custodial duties as required and confer with supervisors and other department heads or office holders and receives written and oral instructions concerning general custodial duties.
